As CMO of Marcel.ai at Publicis Groupe, I invented the brand, created the content and editorial strategies, and led product marketing and P.R. for a platform that uses AI to improve the employee experience at one of the world’s biggest advertising holding companies—and helped save 2000+ jobs during the pandemic.

As SVP, ECD of Campaigns I created the agency’s approach to integrating above-the-line marketing with digital, social, data, media and product design, then brought that approach to life with the global launch of Beats Music. I also wrote all the TV including a Super Bowl spot.

When ECDs Chris Northam and Eric Jannon first came up with this idea for the Ad Council, I recognized its incredible potential and rallied our agencies’ dubious leadership to invest in the pro bono project, and then helped sell the work to our clients. The result—Chris and Eric’s work captured the heart of the Internet and won them an Emmy.

From 2010 to 2013 I led creative for the Barbarian Group, as the digital production company famous for inventing viral marketing became a full service agency working directly for clients.

20+ years of “Firsts”.

I’ve been a creative since the earliest days of the World Wide Web. I worked at one of the first companies in New York that made web sites and all along have stayed at the forefront the evolving digital world.
